The client archive that keeps itself in order

Forward them or drag them in. Doxy recognises which client each document belongs to and what it is, puts the deadline in the calendar, and answers every question with its source.

Illustration: four documents (a NAV decision, a lease, a bank notice and an invoice) arrive in an inbox and move into Doxy; each lands under its own client with a document type and the deadline read from it.

The same Monday morning, two ways

The same documents arrive either way. What changes is who has to sort them out.

Without Doxy: Documents scattered across email, downloads and folders, deadlines buried in letters, searching and asking colleagues. With Doxy: Every document with its client, deadlines in the calendar, answers with a quote in seconds.

How it works

  1. It arrives

Forward emails to your firm's own Doxy address, or drag in files and folders.

  2. It gets filed

Doxy recognises the client and the document type and files it under the client. When it is unsure, it suggests.

  3. It goes in the calendar

The deadline it reads goes into the calendar, with a reminder three days before it is due.

  4. It answers

Ask anything about a document or a client: the exact quote sits next to the answer.

How it works in detail

Ask your documents. The source sits next to the answer.

When does the lease expire? How large is the fine in the NAV decision? Doxy AI shows you the answer and the exact line it came from.

Illustration: the question is “When does the lease expire?”; Doxy AI answers 31 March 2027, and clause 5.1 of the lease, where the date comes from, is highlighted next to the answer.

Why Doxy?

Six ways it differs from a folder structure or a general document store.

  • It files itself

No folder structure to build and nothing to tag. Which client a document belongs to is decided by the identifiers read from it and rules you can check, not by guesswork.

  • It answers with sources

Answers about content come with the quote and the page they came from, so nothing has to be taken on trust.

  • For any client-based firm

For accountants, lawyers, consultants and finance teams, and where invoices arrive too, the NAV add-on checks them against NAV Online Számla every night.

Who it is for

  • Accounting firms

Clients' official letters, contracts and invoices, filed per client, with their deadlines.

  • Law firms

Court orders, filings and contracts in one place, searchable, with deadlines watched.

  • Consultancies

Every client file in order, and the whole team can always find it.

  • Finance teams

Incoming invoices received automatically and reconciled with NAV.

  • Client-based service firms

Wherever documents arrive per client, Doxy keeps them in order.

Doxy downloads the invoices from NAV Online Számla, matches them against the documents you received, and by morning shows what is missing and what differs.

About NAV reconciliation

Illustration: three NAV invoices; for two, the PDF arrives and the status changes from Missing to Matched; the third shows a difference: NAV HUF 124,915, document HUF 124,951.

Built for confidential client documents

Doxy keeps accountants' and lawyers' documents, so security is not a setting, it is the foundation.

  • Stored in the EU

The database and the files are in the European Union, in Frankfurt.

  • Encryption

Encrypted at rest and in transit; a file opens only through a signed link that is valid for minutes.

  • Full audit log and integrity check

Every view and download is logged; every document gets a fingerprint on arrival, which you can check at any time.

  • Your data never trains AI

Document text is treated as data, never as instructions, and it is never given to anyone to train models.
