Simple pricing, a monthly fee by documents processed

Every uploaded or forwarded document that Doxy processes successfully counts as one, whatever its length: a 40-page contract is one document. A document is counted once, even if it is processed again or moved later. Documents loaded through the archive import do not count towards the monthly allowance.

We email you at 80 percent of the monthly allowance. After that, new documents are still received and stored, but not processed until the next month starts; if you move to a bigger plan in the meantime, the change applies at once and the waiting documents are processed automatically. Documents already processed are always available. Nothing is charged above the allowance. The free plan's 100 documents have no time limit; after them, new documents are processed once you choose a plan.

Yes, at any time, in the app (Settings → Subscription and usage → Manage billing). Moving to a bigger plan, to yearly billing or switching on the NAV reconciliation add-on applies at once, and the prorated difference is charged at once. Moving to a smaller plan, to monthly billing or switching the add-on off takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.

You can load earlier years' documents in one go, at HUF 6 per document, for at least 500 documents. They do not count towards the monthly allowance. For archives rich in contracts or long scans we quote after a sample run.

You can cancel at any time; everything works as before until the end of the period you paid for. After that the free plan's rules apply: uploaded and processed documents stay and remain available, and can be exported at any time, but new documents are processed only with a new subscription. NAV reconciliation switches off and its data is kept. If a payment fails, processing carries on for 7 days, then pauses until it is paid.
